Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Langley, Abbotsford, and Mission listings and sales in March 2017.
In the Langley market, the benchmark sale price was $875,300 for detached homes. At the end of March, there were 203 active listings and 149 sales.
The condo market had 108 sales and 97 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $291,000.
Townhomes featured 112 sales, 70 active listings and a $440,000 benchmark sale price.
It’s a seller’s market in Langley for all product types.
